As s subcontractor, Deltha Corporation provided program advisory support services to the VIDE.  The scope of the subcontract was to develop best practices to promote long-term performance efficiencies and regulatory and compliance strategies to avoid compliance infractions.  Services consisted of business process reengineering, policy and procedure development, regulatory compliance support, and organizational, financial, and operational performance assessments.
